There is no minimum quantity requirement for stock orders.

There is no minimum quantity requirement for custom orders.

Can you recoat pans that were manufactured by someone else?

Yes, we can recoat pans that were made by a manufacturer other than Runex.

What languages are spoken by your sales staff?

We have a diverse sales team that can speak languages including Swedish, Norwegian, English, Romanian, Brazilian, Spanish, French, Italian, German, and Dutch.

How long does a non-stick coating last?

The lifespan of a non-stick coating depends on many factors including usage rates, oven temperatures, amount of steam in the ovens, ingredient make-up of the products, and mechanical processes.

In what currency are sales made?

Sales are made in the following currencies:

  • Sweden – SEK (with VAT added)
  • Norway – NOK (with VAT added)
  • Denmark – DKK
  • All other countries – EUR

All prices are exclusive of installation, shipping, and packaging. For deliveries with a value below 100 EUR, a handling fee will be added.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

We will send order confirmations for purchases on stock products within 48 hours after receiving orders. Please be sure to check the order confirmation carefully and notify us immediately of any errors.

How will I receive my invoice?

Invoices and payment reminders will be sent via email.

Do you perform credit checks?

We do check payment history and creditworthiness and reserve the right to grant or deny credit.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Stocked products will normally ship the day after the order is placed. Non-stocked products will be delivered as soon as possible.

What should I do if I receive my item(s) and there is damage?

Transport damages should be reported directly to the carrier and your insurance company. It is important that you check every delivery and write a note on the shipping documents. Do not sign until the number of packages is counted and inspected for damage.
