Terms and Conditions
Sales to Sweden, Norway and Denmark are made in local currency (SEK, NOK, DKK). Sales to other countries are made in EUR. For sales to Sweden and Norway, VAT is added. All prices are exclusive of installation, shipping and packaging. For deliveries with a value below 100 EUR, a handling fee of 10 EUR will be added.
We will send an order confirmation after receiving orders. Check it carefully and notify us immediately of any errors. The order is delivered based on the specifications on order recognition.
Invoices and any payment reminders are sent by email.
We check payment history and creditworthiness and reserve the right to grant or deny credit.
Customers with granted credit have payment terms as agreed with X days from invoice date. In case of payment after the due date, a cancellation fee and 18% interest will be charged. For larger orders, other payment terms may apply as 30% on orders, 30% on delivery and 40% X days after delivery. Prepayment applies to all customers with due and unpaid invoices.
All delivered products remain our property until full payment has been received.
Unpaid invoices are handed over to collection and all collection costs are charged to the customer.
The products may sometimes have minor changes in performance and dimensions.
Stocked products usually ship the day after received orders or, if applicable, prepayment. Non-stocked products will be delivered as soon as possible after receiving the items to Runex.
Orders are shipped with the quantities in stock.The remainder is re-registered and delivered as soon as possible. Shipping and packaging are charged for all parts.
Transport damages should be reported directly to the carrier and your insurance company. It is important that you check every delivery and write a note on the shipping slip until the number of packages is counted and inspected for damage.
Complaints and Returns
Remarks should be made within 6 days of receipt of the goods. Returns are accepted only after contact with, and written approval from us. On approved returns that are not due to errors by us, the goods are credited with 85% of the invoiced amount. Returns must be in original and original packaging. For non- stocked products, no returns are accepted that are not due to errors by us.
We provide a one year warranty against fabrication errors where we replace the defective parts free of charge.
